Among its latest developments, IVR has chosen to showcase a heat treatment line specifically designed for the fastener industry, capable of processing approximately 1,000 kg per hour for quenching and tempering. Additionally, this system is suitable for carburizing and carbonitriding treatments.

Technical features of IVR’s heat treatment systems for fasteners

Depending on the geometry and weight of the material being treated, customers can choose between a continuous mesh belt furnace or a cast-link belt furnace. For processing long screws, for example, a seal quench furnace can be used, with materials carefully positioned in dedicated fixtures to prevent deformation.

Special attention is given to furnace heating systems to enhance both energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, with measures in place to minimize CO₂ emissions where applicable.
