FASTENER POLAND® – the only fastener trade fair in Cental and Eastern Europe

The 8th International Trade Fair for Fastener and Fixing Technology FASTENER POLAND® will take place on October 15-16, 2025. It is not the only event in Poland, but also the largest in Central and Eastern Europe, bringing together manufacturers and distributors with end users – buyers from industries that use fasteners in their products. It also provides a forum for knowledge exchange, with a conference on current topics and a space for presenting technological and product innovations. This is where the fastener industry has been meeting for years.

Over the past seven years, FASTENER POLAND® has strengthened its position as the most important meeting for fastener industry professionals in Poland. Since its inception, it has maintained an international character. Last year, 75% of exhibitors were companies from outside Poland. This year's edition promises to be even better. The trade fair will be larger than last year, both in terms of the number of exhibitors and exhibition space. 170 exhibitors from countries such as: Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, France, Dennmark, the Netherlands, Malta, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, USA, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Taiwan and China. For the first time, companies from Croatia, Lithuania, and Thailand will be present. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a rich and diverse range of fasteners, tools, and modern technologies, and establish international business contacts.

Listening to exhibitors' feedback, the organizers each year designate a special zone within the trade fair, dedicated to a specific customer sector. This year, a special invitation is extended to buyers and designers from the automotive sector. Fasteners are crucial for the durability and safety of vehicles. In the automotive industry, where technological innovations go hand in hand with growing demands for efficiency and ecology, choosing the right components is fundamental. Despite many challenges, the automotive industry accounts for approximately 8% of Poland's GDP and 13.5% of Poland's exports. Vehicle and automotive parts manufacturers use a variety of fasteners in their production processes. Although in previous years, automotive visitors accounted for up to 25% of all visitors to FASTENER POLAND®, this year it's worth including a visit to Krakow in their plans. They will be able to explore an even wider range of fasteners than usual, dedicated to their industry, presented by suppliers such as Argip Sp. z o.o., Growermetal S.p.A., Earnest Machine Products, Asmet Sp. z o.o., Bollhoff Technika Łączenia Sp. z o.o., Nurtel Tel Sanayi AS, Gabec Sp. z o.o., ANNIBALE VITERIE S.p.A. and STALMAX Sp.z o.o.

Another reason why fastener users cannot miss the FASTENER POLAND® trade fair is the industry conference. Every year, the organizers develop a program focused on current topics important to the industry. This year, experienced experts and market insiders will once again provide a solid dose of knowledge, including the current situation in the fasteners industry and future forecasts. The ever-present topic of CBAM is also a constant topic on the agenda of entrepreneurs. The organizers have ensured that this topic is also discussed. The conference will take place on the first day of the trade fair, and admission is free for all visitors.

All buyers, designers, technical directors and managers, and users of fasteners from the industrial and construction sectors are encouraged to download a free admission ticket and visit the trade fair. Registration is available at www.fastenerpoland.pl. This year, a joint ticket also includes the opportunity to visit the MAINTENANCE International Trade Fair for Suppliers of Maintenance, Products and Services and the SYMAS® International Trade Fair for Powder and Bulk Solids Technologies, both taking place simultaneously. This way, during a single business trip, specialists from various departments can learn about solutions that interest them, expand their expertise, and establish valuable contacts.
