Daido Machinery Develops 9-Stage Parts Former

Daido Machinery (Minami-ku, Nagoya, Japan), which designs, manufactures, and sells various industrial machines including horizontal multi-station forging machines, has developed its first 9-stations cold former, the DP9-10 XLM.

The DP9-10XLM has a maximum cutoff diameter of 18 mm and a maximum forging load of 1,600 kN. Production capacity is 90 parts/minute, depending on the material and shape. This machine is the company's first 9- stations parts former, and the first machine has already been delivered. The person in charge said, " The additional forming process makes it easier to produce products with the required dimensions and reduces additional machining. This will contribute to total cost reduction. "

The company designs and manufactures a variety of industrial machinery, including bundling machines, straightening machines for round bars and bolts, and electrostatic coating machines. The official explained that the company's development policy is based on making custom-made machines in response to customer requests, and continue to brush up on this policy in the future.

The company's strength lies in its comprehensive capabilities, which extend beyond machine manufacturing to include foundation work, plant building construction, machine manufacturing and delivery, and after-sales service, and as a comprehensive facilities engineering company within the Daido Steel Group, it is able to meet demand in a wide range of fields. In response to an interview, an official said, "We would like to provide services that are close to our customers through machine design and maintenance that incorporate their needs.
