Norm Additive, which is preparing to push the limits of competition with its strong engineering and production power in the field of additive manufacturing all over the world, was introduced to the sector representatives with an invitation held recently.
More than 100 local and foreign guests from the important names of the business world attended the Norm Additive introductory meeting, the foundations of which were laid 1.5 years ago. During the launch, the guests took a Norm Additive tour and had the opportunity to examine the additive manufacturing parts specially produced by Norm Additive.
Fatih Uysal, Chairman of Norm Holding, who made the opening speech at the meeting, said, “We will walk together with those who produce the technologies of the future with Norm Additive. As Norm Holding, we follow the rising technological developments very closely. We wanted to take a step towards this sector, which will rise even more in 5 years, in line with our sustainability and digitalization strategies, and we established our company in 2021. We think that we can effectively manage our engineering capabilities in traditional production by reflecting this area as well. We are rapidly continuing our investments in both metal and polymer materials. 2023 will be a year when we will celebrate 50 years of Norm Holding. As the Holding, we make investments in many different fields of activity in engineering and production with vertical integration and develop new strategies. We quickly adapted additive manufacturing technology to our own manufacturing systems and equipped it with the latest systems in terms of both engineering and manufacturing technologies to serve our customers. With the work done so far, for example, we have achieved 7 times improvement in manufacturing and delivery times and 4 times improvement in production costs for some of our sorting machine components made within NRM. We are rapidly increasing such applications across all our systems.” said.
